Llantrissant Rates
Compared to other villas, our rates are quite reasonable and have remained the same for more than five years. The cost per guest can be as low as $55.00 per night when ten guests stay at the full house rate in the peak season and as low as $40.00 per night in the off-season for ten guests. The rate per person is higher when there are less staying on the property.

* For clarification, the rental rate is based on total occupancy, not per person so that the figure of $660.00 per night for 9-11 people would be divided between 9-11 people.
The off-season is very special in Negril and with the discounted rates, staying at Llantrissant is very attractive. Unlike the peak season when the arrival and departure day is a Saturday or Sunday, there is more flexibility in the off season.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit and final payment is fully refundable only if the same period is re-booked. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Meals
Meals are not included but should cost between USD $20 and $30.00 per day per person for three meals depending on taste. All meals are served family style.
