The entrance to the house is through the dining room. The dining table seats six. The living room, seaside bedroom and dining room open onto the veranda and the living room also opens onto a porch overlooking the tennis court.

There is an entertainment system with a 27" cable TV, amplifier, CD and DVD player. There is a cable to connect an MP3 player to the amplifier. Internet connection is DSL and there is a secure wireless (Wifi) router. A FAX machine and printer is available in the office. It will be necessary to install the printer software in order to print documents.
