The entrance to the house is through the dining room. The dining table seats six. The living room, seaside bedroom and dining room open onto the veranda and the living room also opens onto a porch overlooking the tennis court. There is an entertainment system with a cable TV, amplifier, CD and DVD player. All of them are connected to the amplifier to provide surround sound for movies and TV including music stations from the cable network. The amplifier has been set up to provide music to the veranda speakers. In addition to Airport Express which interfaces with iTunes, there is a cable to connect an MP3 player directly to the amplifier. Internet connection is DSL and there is a secure wireless (Wifi) router. A FAX machine and printer is available in the office. It will be necessary to install the printer software in order to print documents.
