The drawings included here are not directly proportional to
one another but do reveal the features of each of the rooms.
There are two master bedrooms on the main floor, one facing the sea and the other
facing the yard. Each of the two bathrooms on the main floor
open onto an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming.
There are two tables on the veranda for outdoor dining, the
largest being 5 x 9' and can accommodate at up to ten people
and the smaller seats four. There is also a high chair. The
table in the dining room seats six and the smaller outdoor
table can be brought indoors during inclement weather. The
main beach is directly in front of the cottage and main house,
in fact only steps from the veranda.
The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a
fish poacher, large frying pans for paella, a lobster
pot, a six burner commercial oven and range, juicer,
toaster, a coffee grinder, an expresso coffee pot, a drip
filter coffee maker and a Bodum French press.
The upstairs bedrooms are accessible from the
staircase in the dining room and the outdoor staircase
descending from the back bedroom. The twin beds in two of the
bedrooms can be pushed together to make king size beds. There
is a daybed in an alcove which is ideal for a nanny or
child.
The cottage is adjacent to the main house
and serves as an additional master bedroom. It has its own
bathroom and veranda facing the sea. It also has a CD player
and cable TV.
Some of the hidden amenities
include a 15KV Onan standby generator, 55 gallon solar hot
water heater, a 600 gallon water storage container with
pressure pump and a Maytag washer and dryer. |
