Waiver
It
is to be understood that the undersigned guests will take full
responsibility of the use of the sea kayaks while they are
residing at Llantrissant in Negril, Jamaica.
This
equipment is being provided at no extra charge to the guests.
The guests will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to
the equipment and agree to pay for the replacement or repair
of the equipment.
Additionally,
it is understood that since liability insurance is not
available for the use of this equipment, the guests take full
responsibility for any injuries or death resulting from the
use and hold harmless Beachcliff Resorts, Inc. and the owner
of the property.
This
agreement becomes effective when it is signed by any member of
the group/family residing at Llantrissant.
Life
vests are available and should be worn at all times and that
by signing this waiver acknowledges that life vests have been
offered by the staff. Not wearing one is the responsibility of
the guests.
This
Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with
the laws of Jamaica and the state or country in which the
guest resides.
