I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time Bob and I had at Llantrissant.  The place was immaculate and enchantingly beautiful.  Your staff was wonderful.  Miss P is an amazing cook; we ate at other places, but our best meals, by far, were at Llantrissant.  Also, Otis made a terrific jerk chicken for us on our last night.  We've decided to make your resort an annual trip.  I can hardly wait for next year.
