Christmas and New Years will be the full house, peak season rate, i.e. $6,720.00
ATI Week (seven day minimum stay) $5,040.00
Thanksgiving Week, any week inclusive of Thanksgiving Day, $4,620.00
Children under 12 travel for free unless their cumulative ages are greater than 12 or multiples in which case they will count as one or two adults.
* 10% room tax and 10% gratuity not included.
Rates include full villa staff (housekeeper-cooks, gardeners and security guards)
• Villa rates are nightly.
• Minimum stay is 7 nights during high season (winter) and 3 nights during low season (Spring/Summer/Fall).
• Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), current rates of exchange would apply.
• A $500.00 damage/waiver deposit is required regardless of the length of stay. This will remain as an open charge on a credit card. A damage/waiver agreement will be included in the rental agreement. A separate waiver will be required for the use of the kayaks.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure except for Christmas and New Years when the balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit and final payment is fully refundable only if the same period is re-booked. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Meals
Meals are not included but should cost between USD $20 and $30.00 per day per person for three meals depending on taste. All meals are served family style.
